1. About Our Services

Termitewala provides pest control and related pest-management services for residential, commercial and other properties in and around Kanpur, subject to service availability and the nature of the requirement.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting an online booking form, calling, messaging or sending a WhatsApp enquiry is a request for service and does not by itself guarantee an appointment, price or service outcome. A booking becomes confirmed only when Termitewala confirms the relevant service arrangements.

3. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, mobile number, property details, service requirement, address and preferred appointment information. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect scheduling or service suitability.

4. Inspection, Assessment and Treatment

The appropriate treatment may depend on the pest, infestation level, property condition, access, affected areas and other site conditions. Where required, our team may inspect the premises before recommending or carrying out treatment.

A treatment recommendation or quotation is based on the information and site conditions known at the time and may need to be revised if materially different conditions are discovered.

5. Customer Responsibilities Before Service

Customers must provide reasonable access to the relevant areas and follow preparation or safety instructions communicated for the selected treatment. Depending on the treatment, this may include moving food, covering or storing sensitive items, keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the advised period, or arranging ventilation where instructed.

6. Safety Instructions

Customers must follow all treatment-specific instructions provided by Termitewala. Do not enter, touch, clean, wash or otherwise disturb treated areas contrary to the instructions given by the service professional. If you have a specific medical, allergy, pregnancy, pet, child-safety or other concern, inform us before treatment so appropriate precautions can be considered.

7. Pricing and Payment

The applicable price will be communicated before or during confirmation as appropriate. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate approval or payment.

8. Service Results and Follow-Up

Pest control is affected by biological, environmental and property conditions. A treatment reduces or controls the targeted pest according to the treatment plan, but no responsible service provider can guarantee that a property will remain permanently pest-free in every circumstance.

Where a service package or follow-up visit is specifically included in the confirmed service terms, the applicable package conditions will apply. Any warranty, re-treatment or follow-up commitment is limited to the pests, areas, period and conditions stated when the service was confirmed.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. Confirmed appointments may be subject to availability, visit costs or other terms communicated for the booking. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more information.

10. Access, No-Show and Unsafe Conditions

If our professional cannot reasonably access the premises, the customer is unavailable, required preparation has not been completed, or the site is unsafe or unsuitable for treatment, the visit may need to be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled. Any applicable charge will depend on the circumstances and terms communicated for the booking.

11. Prohibited or Misleading Use

You must not use the website to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.
